Our latest album, Continuum, is released on 23 September 2016. A celebration of our first decade together, Continuum is the result of an exciting collaborative project between The Shee and one of the most celebrated festivals in contemporary folk and traditional music, Glasgow’s Celtic Connections.

Celtic Connections commissioned us and six of our favourite contemporary composers to produce six new pieces written specifically to premiere at the 2016 festival. We enjoyed the dream scenario of approaching our heroes – Andy Cutting, Brian Finnegan, Karine Polwart, Martin Simpson, Kathryn Tickell and Chris Wood – and asking them to write tunes and songs with us in mind. And they did!

We’re delighted with the final result, so much so that we had to commit Continuum to record. You can preorder it very soon, or can buy it directly from us on our launch tour. We hope you like it!
